I’m an Executive, Corporate and Business coach, with extensive international experience in multinational companies in positions of increasing strategic responsibility, now by vocation and passion helps others to grow and move to the next level.
My professional experience spans several sectors, including Automotive, FMCG, Technology, Media and Education. At each change, I feel the need to broaden my perspective and to think and see differently, because what I have learned is that external contribution and out-of-the-box thinking helps to see the situation in a new way, thus bringing value and innovation. Running 9 marathons in NYC taught me that the goal is reached with preparation, determination, setting the pace, and always looking forward.
Being a Professional Certified Coach ICF (International Coaching Federation) and WBECS (World Business Executive Coach Summit) allows me to activate, for my clients, innovative and creative processes, with studied and personal individual collaboration approaches. Above all, it allows me to generate positive changes and develop new energy currents which I channel into the desired direction, to find new solutions both in the personal and work spheres.

MY METHOD

My extensive international experience as an Executive, Managing Director, and Founder provide me with a deep appreciation of mastering challenges and opportunities in Leadership, Change Management, Collaboration and Building Team.
My coaching methodology is helping clients learn from experience with cycles of reflection, experimentation and refinement. I call it “adaptive coaching.”. The coachee comes first with his or her experiences, with his/her education, with his/her motives, his/her communication style and I adapt to that,with constructive conversations and interventions to provide the coachee opportunities to explore, and test, the best solutions in order to be successful.
I’ve always worked on a international basis, and I choose to follow the WBECS Accelerating Coach Excellence program, trained by coaching industry pioneers, David Peterson and David Goldsmith, because I wanted to have an international training and work with the best coaches from all over the world.
The feedback I get is threefold:
Pragmatism
I leverage <strong>the Development Pipeline<strong> approach created by David Peterson (formerly the head of Leadership Development at Google) to pinpoint specific developmental gaps, help clients “Zoom in and zoom out” to get new perspectives, anticipate the 2nd and 3rd order consequences of potential actions, and test solutions with real world practice.
The Atmosphere in the Coaching Session
Trust is essential for coaching success. I establish trust and understanding so clients feel comfortable, can really engage, and can be open and honest. An atmosphere of openness is key to develop partnership with clients and to help them.
Action Plan and Implementation
Ultimately, it’s all about help clients implement action steps from the coaching sessions into his/her surroundings, continuing to use reflection and action planning a continuing action plan to sustain momentum toward coaching objectives.
My method is flexible, it adapts to the client’s needs and times, Coaching can be done in Italian, English, French and Spanish, online on platforms such as Skype or Zoom, live chats on the phone… the important thing is that you are able to achieve your goals.

Weekly or Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are done remotely over the phone or via technology to ensure regularity in the process. Minimum 3 months, standard programs run 6 to 12 months.
Support via Phone or Email Between Sessions
Questions or obstacles surface between coaching sessions and support is provided as needed.
Leadership Tools & Resources
Several leadership concepts, relevant books and articles are shared in the coaching process depending on the needs of the individual (i.e. strategic planning, communication, change management, influencing, etc.)
On the Job Observation (if appropriate / extra)
Each engagement is different and designed to meet the needs of the leader. Special requests for observing a leader or talking with colleagues do come up per the request of the client.
Alignment/Feedback Meetings with Manager (if appropriate)
The coaching relationship is between the coach and the leader and is confidential. If a corporate stakeholder or sponsor requests meetings or information, the parameters of the discussion will be defined in advance and will be limited to what is agreed upon.
Final Report and Evaluation
Depending on length of engagement, an assessment or a development summary is provided at the end of the engagement.
